I cannot say enough good things about Torrey Highlands Pet Health Care Center! My dog and i recently relocated from the east coast and I was looking at establishing care with a new vet. Everyone from the front desk, to the vet tech to the vet was superb and so kind! Everyone spent so much time with us explaining and really listening - which is huge in my book! I was also called the following day to see if I had any questions - amazing! Penny (my dog) LOVED them as well!
