COVID-19 Update!


One of our most important core values is that we, and our clientele, are a family. We strive to go above and beyond in ensuring you have the best possible experience here at Torrey Highlands Pet Health Care Center.

As a veterinary hospital, cleanliness remains our first priority. In addition to measures our team is taking to keep our clientele and ourselves healthy and safe, we kindly ask that you take the following precautions before visiting our facility:

  • If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, or are currently being quarantined for exposure to COVID-19, please stay home and contact your medical provider for next steps.
  • If your pet is not in need of emergent or immediate medical care, we advise that you keep them home. We are happy to reschedule appointments to a later date.
  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Not only to reduce wait time, but to enable our team to properly prepare for your pet's health needs before their arrival. You can give us a call at 858-240-0051.
  • Do your best to limit the number of people attending your pet's appointment.
  • If your pet is experiencing an emergency, please give us a call ahead so that we can advise you on what to do next. Or, you can visit our home page to find emergency hospitals and their contact information.

We want to ensure you that we will do anything and everything in our power to make sure our staff and clients are safe and healthy.
